Wal has over 40 years’ experience as an expert witness in compulsory acquisition matters, easements and complex property transactions, including due diligence on the largest property transactions in Australia.
He specialises in unit entitlement valuations, stamp duty, capital gains tax, margin scheme and probate valuations, and strata and community title matters, and serves on government and industry committees shaping property policy.
Paul is a Director who has carried out valuation research and analysis since 2016, supporting the preparation of detailed, well-evidenced valuation reports.
He studied a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property, with a specialisation in Finance, at Western Sydney University.
